I Posted My, "More Than Just Friends," fic.

Oh, wow, bad me for not being around here in a very long time. So many things going on of which one is my mother going in an out of the hospital, but at least I have been writing again. I did finish a short fic I finally posted just over a week ago for my birthday call, "More Than Just Friends."

It's about M&S in the early stages of their relationship realizing they have a special connection and a well meaning town butting in. It's romanitcally sensual and lighthearted. The posting was delayed do to a dear friend being unable to finish editing it and she was the only one who I can trust to be openly honest and respectful of my writing, so of course I waited paitiently till she was able to get back to it.
Well, I posted the fic on my birthday in the hopes it'd lift my spirit. You see, not many people remembered it was my birthday, I'm talking about my friends and family in RL. Now I wish I hadn't as it apparently wasn't well recieved. Although, I must say there are a few that truly did enjoyed it, of which I am gratetful, but I don't know if it is enough to knock myself finishing editing all my other fic. I'm trying to see the positive that at least there are a few that did liked it. I just wonder if perhaps my story was overlooked because perhaps people didn't like me as I thought. Or perhaps it wasn't the type of story most people like to read anymore. Or I guess my writing stye is crappy. Oh, well...we'll see if I post my next fic next month. Not sure of the title, but so far I'm calling it the Birthday Treat or Hppy Birthday Delights. Eh...sounds kind of corny. Perhaps if I get more encouragement, I'll guranteed to post it sooner.
